To those of you who don't really have the time to cook a full meal everyday, here's a great casserole dish that's not only healthy, but filling as well. Suggested sides: a nice spinach salad and bread.
*One change I made was layering the noodles in the dish instead of mixing with the other ingredients in the bowl. I waited to mix before placing it in the oven.
