As I approach the half way mark of my third pregnancy, I realized I am almos 30 and my body isn't snapping back like I would want it to! I am eating for two, but I have to realize that what I eat will determine my weight gain and weight loss after I have my baby! I've been looking online to find healthier yet tasty ways to eat and exercises I can do to incorporate into my daily routine as I enter into second half.

•smoothies(milk and fruits)
•eat more smaller portions and meals
•drink lots of water & 100% juices that are pasteurized

•keep moving to your energy up and to stay active
•workout every other day! (yes, Lol)

I always encourage women who aren't pregnant to get on a pregnancy diet to help them eat healthier and to help them lose weight!
